Subscriptions are set for 12 months. After 12 months are up, it becomes month-to-month.
If you cancel during the original 12-month contract, you will have to pay the lump sump of the website, which is $3500 minus whatever you already paid.
Yes you can, but you'll have to sign another 12-month contract.
No, if you decide to cancel with us either during or after your contract, the designs stay with us. You'll have to start over if you go somewhere else.
We have a 10-day grace period. If the invoice is not paid within that 10-day grace period, there will be a $50 fee added to your invoice. We also have the right to "pause" the website, take down the design if payments are not met, and cancel the contract, requiring you to pay the full price. We understand life happens and we try to be flexible. Please stay in contact and will do our best to accomodate you.
If we can't design something that you truly love 100%, we will cancel the contract and refund you in full.
The process is straightforward. Reach out to us via email or phone and we can start. We will go over what you're looking for from us, specific requirements, etc. After we established that, a contract will be sent your way whether for the lump sum or subscription plan. You'll sign it and send it back along with the specified payment. Then we will send you a questionnaire to get more details to help us design your site along with setting up all of the essentials.
Development time can vary depending on how responsive the client is to our requests (ability to get information from them, images, logos, etc.). On average, from start to finish, your website will be up and running within 2-4 weeks.
No, the designs stay with us. But we will transfer the domain to you if we purchased it for you.
Yes, your business domain is yours. We will transfer it to you if you cancel and we purchased it for you.

In a nutshell, the subscription plan is made to allow clients pay for a premium site without a premium upfront cost. It allows you to get the website you have always dreamed of for your business without throwing a huge down payment on it. In the long run, you will be paying more overall, but it'll be broken down into a more affordable monthly payment.
If you'd prefer to pay for your site upfront rather than small increments, that is totally fine. You'll save money this way in the long run but you also have a more signifcant upfront cost. Remember, there is also a $25/month hosting and service fee with the lump sum package as well.
