To help gain an understanding of your brand and requirements from a website, we've put together this questionnaire to fill out. Even if parts of this form have been discussed, we kindly ask that each field be completed to ensure proper documentation for the project and our records. Thank you!

To start, we have a few questions about you that we need for our records. This will NOT be shown on the website; instead, these are a requirement we need for the contract and invoicing, should we move forward together.

About Your Business

To best reflect you and your brand, we need to learn a little about your business and what makes you special.

Tell me your story. Why did you get into business? What are you passionate about? How did you get started? Now, a few questions about what will appear on the website.

Please note that for the project to be completed, we will need any images/videos/logos/graphics/brand kits/etc. you currently have and want to use to be sent over to us. For this, we use Google Drive. After the completion of this form, we will email you a link to the Google Drive where you can upload all of your assets.

What pages do you want on your website? A standard 5-page website we usually create would include: a Home, About, Services, Gallery/Testimonials, and Contact page. * What can your customers do on your website? (Contact, read your blog, book appointments, etc). * What key pieces of information would you like to be shown on your website? Typically things like hours of operation, work showcases, menus, etc. * For each website, we create a "call to action". This is pretty much what you want the customers/clients to use your site for. What would you like that action to be? (Examples: booking consultations, requesting quotes, signing up for newsletters, making purchases). * If there are any other content-related details you want to provide that haven't been covered yet, please write them here. *

Website Design

After getting an idea of what your website needs to show and be capable of, it's time to think about how it should look.

Provide links to some of your direct competitors. What do you like and not like about their websites? * Provide the URLs of 2-3 reference websites that you like. What do you like or not like about these websites? You can use themeforest.net, pinterest.com, dribbble.com, or any other sites to find inspiration and examples. * How would you describe your ideal website's aesthetic?
